SAN ANTONIO — A man is accused of filming women while shopping at a northeast-side business without their consent, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said Dominic Robert Espinoza, 22, was charged with invasive visual recording.
Tuesday, deputies were called to a local store after management reported a suspicious man walking through the aisles and taking pictures of female customers and workers. Investigators said witnesses claim the man was holding his phone at a low, upward angle in an effort to get pictures of the women from behind without their knowledge
Upon arrival, deputies saw Espinoza taking photos of young teen girls from a low angle. He was immediately detained, according to BCSO.
Investigators said that Espinoza initially denied taking the photos but store surveillance footage caught him in the act.
