Deputies are investigating what led up to the shooting.
SAN ANTONIO — A man who was fighting for his life after being shot in the chest in far northeast Bexar County Tuesday morning has died from his injuries.
It happened around 8:15 a.m. on Chipping Drive at Oldham Drive in between Windcrest and Converse.
Life-saving measures were performed on the 40-year-old victim, but he died from his injuries. No information is available on his identity or the suspect involved.
