The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 37-year-old Nicole Lynn Polivchak, who was last seen on the east side of town.
SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 37-year-old woman who was last seen in early December.
Nicole Lynn Polivchak was last seen by her sister on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Authorities say she was believed to be in the area of WW White Road and East Houston Street at the time.
Polivchak is described as 5’2″ tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. Officials say it is unknown what she was wearing when she was last seen.
Family members told investigators that Polivchak has not contacted them since December and does not have a cell phone, raising concern about her well-being.
Her case number is 2026-BCSO-004076. She was officially reported missing on February 21, 2026.
