Bexar County officials are urgently seeking Cecil Valantina Simmons, a 61-year-old with medical needs last seen in San Antonio. His safety is a concern.
BCSO is asking for help finding a missing 61-year-old man last seen on Jan. 3 on the far west side of San Antonio.
They are looking for Cecil Valantina Simmons, who was last seen in the 13900 block of Pinkston, which is just outside of Loop 1504 to the west. He reportedly left on foot.
He is described as having black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’11” in height and weighs 195 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light-colored polo and shorts.
BCSO says he has medical conditions that require treatment and he has not been following the treatment. He is reportedly homeless and is known to frequent the area of Highway 90 and Military Drive, as well as the Bandera Road and Loop 1604 area.
