SAN ANTONIO — A man is dead after officials say he was shot by an unknown suspect who has since fled the scene.
Around 7:13 p.m. Monday night, Bexar County deputies were called to the 6700 block of Calle Fincias for a shooting in progress. When they arrived, they found a man in his early 20s with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at 7:43 p.m. despite lifesaving efforts.
Officials say that the suspect and two other people arrived to where the victim was located. An argument then took place followed by multiple gunshots heard by witnesses. The suspect and the two other people fled the scene before officials arrived.
