Bexar County authorities said they have a suspect in custody. They haven’t been identified.
SAN ANTONIO — A woman was struck by gunfire at a west-side H-E-B on Tuesday afternoon, Bexar County officials say.
Sheriff’s deputies responded around 1 p.m. to the store in the 5600 block of Bandera Road near Loop 410 where the unidentified victim was shot. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) said the gunfire happened “inside” the store.
A suspect is in custody.
