Beads, bites & Big Easy vibes: Mardi Gras is back at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

Six Flags Fiesta Texas brings the Big Easy to San Antonio with its Mardi Gras Festival, with parades, live shows, and Cajun flavors from Feb. 7 through March 15.

SAN ANTONIO — Dust off your purple, green and gold, y’all, Mardi Gras is making a high-flying return to Six Flags Fiesta Texas!

From Feb. 7 through March 15, the park transforms into a slice of New Orleans, complete with glowing parade floats, live music, street performers and enough Cajun food to make you say laissez les bons temps rouler.

This year’s party is bigger than ever, featuring the award-winning Voodoo Dolls show, brand-new performances like Dansequerade and the Bourbon St. Belles, plus the fan-favorite Spectacle of Color Parade, where lucky guests can even ride a float and toss beads.

And let’s talk food: gator bites, crawfish nachos, jambalaya, beignets and king cake bread pudding are all on the menu… along with festive drinks like Frozen Hurricanes and the Bourbon Street Fishbowl.

Families can jump into crafts, character meet-and-greets with Looney Tunes and DC heroes, and nonstop entertainment around every corner.

Best part? It’s all included with park admission.

So whether you’re there for the thrills, the flavors, or the floats, Six Flags is bringing the Big Easy to the 210.

Let the good times roll, San Antonio. 💜💛💚
