Rolando’s Super Tacos, located on 93 Shasta Avenue has been serving south-side customers for more than 30 years, but that could all be changing.
Robert A. Diaz, a realtor with White Label Realty Co., posted on Facebook that the beloved location is up for sale – meaning interested parties can purchase the property and continue operating Rolando’s Super Tacos or they can turn it into something else.
The White Label Realty Co. highlights the location as a “longstanding, community-favorite Mexican restaurant with loyal customer base” and room for potential growth. They also state that the gross revenue that comes from Rolando’s Super Tacos is consistent in the six figure range.
According to Diaz’s post, interested parties must inquire about pricing but can schedule a tour of the property.
