BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A Bexar County Sheriff’s deputy passed away from terminal leukemia Thursday night at the age of 24, BCSO confirms with KENS 5.
BCSO says he has been on medical leave receiving treatment ever since.
On February 13, 2025, eight months after his diagnosis, Santos passed away at 24.
