
A woman sues Bill Miller’s after her 4-year-old son allegedly suffers second-degree burns to his face from “dangerously hot” BBQ sauce.
SAN ANTONIO — A woman is suing Bill Miller’s after a lawsuit states her 4-year-old son received second-degree burns to his face after “dangerously hot” BBQ sauce spilled onto him.
On May 30, 2024, the child was with his grandfather ordering food from the Bill Miller’s located at 7140 Northwest Loop 410.
While in line, a Bill Miller’s worker reportedly left an uncovered “dangerously hot” container of barbeque sauce on the tray given to the victim’s grandfather.
The lawsuit states the barbeque sauce proceeded to spill onto the child, giving him second-degree burns to his face, among other injuries an damage.
The victim’s family is seeking monetary relief of over $1 million.
This comes just months after a woman was awarded $2.9 million after she was also burned by hot BBQ sauce at a Bill Miller restaurant.
