Police are responding to an active scene near Newell Avenue and Camden Street where a body was found Monday morning.
SAN ANTONIO — Police confirmed a body was recovered from an area near downtown San Antonio on Monday morning.
According to SAPD, the body of a homeless male believed to be between 30 and 36-years-old, was found near Newell Avenue and Camden Street—next to the Historic Pearl.
The man has not been identified by authorities and his cause of death is unclear at this time.
Police said this is still a very active scene.
