San Antonio Fire Department found a woman’s body on the north side of town Tuesday morning.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department has confirmed that the body of a woman has been found Tuesday morning on the north side of town.
Officials responded to the 3300 block of Fredericksburg Road around 7 a.m. for reports of a body.
SAPD says another woman noticed the body when walking down the street. Police say they believe the woman’s death was medical related. No foul play is suspected at this time.
