SAN ANTONIO — One Boerne resident is millions of dollars richer after winning a top prize from a scratch-off ticket.
The resident played the scratch-off ticket game $400 Million Mega Bucks and won $5 million, according to the Texas Lottery. The scratch-off ticket cost $100.
The ticket was purchased at 1415 E. Blanco Road in Boerne. The winner has decided to remain anonymous.
According to the Texas Lottery, this is the second of four top prizes worth $5 million to be claimed in $400 Million Mega Bucks scratch-off. This particular game offers more than $419.3 million in total prizes. The overall odds of winning any prize in the $400 Million Mega Bucks scratch-off game are one in 3.84, with prizes starting at $150.
