Car gets wedged in H-E-B parking lot in The Woodlands

The driver was not injured in the crash.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — A driver lost control of their SUV in a grocery store parking lot in The Woodlands Wednesday afternoon, ending up on its side and wedged between two other vehicles. 

The Woodlands Fire Department posted photos from the parking lot on their Facebook page, showing the tight fit.

The driver of a Subaru Crosstrek was not hurt after the incident in H-E-B Market Street near Grogans Mill Road and Lake Robbins Drive. It happened at about 2 p.m.

Firefighters with The Woodlands Fire Department helped the driver out the back of the crossover SUV. They were examined by a first responder but declined to be taken to the hospital.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was investigating.
