Don’t worry, H-E-B won’t be closed for long. It will open on Monday, April 6, with regular hours, and curbside and home delivery will begin at 9 a.m., according to its website.

Easter isn’t recognized as a federal holiday in the United States, partly because it always falls on a Sunday, when federal offices are already closed. While not a federal holiday, it is a significant religious holiday and some private businesses may choose to close.
