Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of SA will ring in the new year by serving hot meals and spreading hope during its Celebration of Hope event on Thursday.
SAN ANTONIO — Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of San Antonio will welcome the new year by serving and supporting the community through its Celebration of Hope event.
The gathering is set for Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the Banquet Hall of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, located at 600 Oblate Drive, near San Pedro Ave. on the north side of San Antonio.
Organizers say the Celebration of Hope is focused on spreading compassion and support to those in need by providing hot meals and a welcoming space to ring in the new year. Members of the Catholic Charities Young Adult Board will serve meals to clients, emphasizing unity, service, and hope.
Catholic Charities says the event is meant to remind the community that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.
