SAN ANTONIO — Two women led police on a high-speed chase across the city early Thursday morning in a stolen truck with three dogs inside of it. Castle Hills Police started the pursuit of a white Dodge Ram around 3 a.m. on Blanco at Loop 410
Shane James is behind bars in Austin, accused of murder after a series of attacks that authorities say started in Bexar County where he allegedly killed his parents before heading north and shooting several others, including two law enforcement officers.
