First responders attempted life-saving measures before the child ultimately died at the hospital.
AUSTIN, Texas — A child died Saturday morning after possibly drowning in a pool at a Pflugerville apartment complex.
According to the Pflugerville Police Department, officers responded to the 1000 block of S Heatherwilde Blvd. just before 8:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a child possibly drowning.
Police arrived and witnessed a bystander performing life-saving measures on the child. Police assisted in life-saving measures until the Pflugerville Fire Department and EMS arrived,
The child was taken to the hospital but later died.
