Circle K will offer its reward members 40 cents off per gallon at participating Texas stations on Dec. 12.
SAN ANTONIO — Circle K will offer Texas drivers a temporary fuel discount on Friday, Dec. 12, as part of a one-day promotion for members of its free rewards program members, according to a press release.
Registered Inner Circle members will receive 40 cents off per gallon at the pump. The company says the 24-hour discount will run from midnight to 11:59 p.m. at more than 600 participating locations statewide.
This comes as AAA reports the national average of gas prices dipped below $3 a gallon for the first time in four years. Texas also ranks among the nation’s top 10 least expensive gasoline markets, according to AAA.
Gerardo Valencia, vice president of operations for Circle K’s Texas Business Unit, said the promotion is intended to help ease fuel costs during the busy holiday season.
“Whether they’re traveling to see loved ones or running around hunting for the perfect gifts, this deal is our way of making their season brighter, not their wallets lighter,” said Valencia.
To participate, drivers must be enrolled in the Inner Circle program before purchasing fuel. More information on how to sign up can be found at the website here.
The offer is valid only at participating Circle K locations in Texas. Residents can find eligible stores by using the company’s online store locator.
