“We’ve had people from Australia, from all over Europe, Japan, Thailand. You name it. They’ve been everywhere. I think every continent has been here other than Antarctica,” said Servantes.

The flavor at Burnt Bean Co. is next level and always prepped a day in advance.

Servantes says it takes 24-26 hours to cook their Brisket. He comes into work early each morning at 1:30 AM.

Brisket is the staple at Burnt Bean Co. but their ribs also fall off the bone.

Other common staples include their turkey, sausage, chicken, pork chops and brisket sandwiches.

For sides, they have hot cheeto queso mac, cowboy beans, bacon ranch taters, street corn pudding, potato salad, and southern green beans.

Burnt Bean Co. has a seasonal menu to give returning customers something new to eat.

Servantes says all of their beef is made in Texas and everything you eat at the restaurant is made from scratch with pride and love.

“Consistent good food every day and that’s what we do. We strive for consistency,” said Servantes.
