Construction is slated to begin in February and has a quick turnaround of less than 30 days. An estimated start date is listed as February 17, 2024, with a completion date of March 2, 2024, according to the TDLR filing.
The scope of the work on the 3,500-square-foot location will include the installation of a new drink counter, painting inside the restaurant, and improvements to the tile of both the dining room and restrooms. The ceiling tile grid will also be set to go in one direction in the restrooms and kitchen.
As for outdoor work, the renovations will bring a paint job, a new dumpster gate, and 5R panels over atrium windows, according to the TDLR filing. It is unknown if work will affect day-to-day operations at the location such as dine-in availability.
