
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio City Councilman Marc Whyte was arrested on the north side Friday night for allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to Bexar County court records.
Whyte was pulled over during a traffic stop on the NE Loop 410 access road around 11 p.m. Friday, according to SAPD.
Officials say he showed signs of intoxication and was evaluated for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested and has a bond set at $2,000, according to records
Councilman Marc White took over for former Councilman Clayton Perry, who also was charged with a DWI nearly one year ago.
