
AT&T Stadium hosted a preview event featuring new concessions and gear for the Cowboys Pro Shop.
ARLINGTON, Texas — It’s the mark of a new season for the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium, which means a new menu and new merchandise for fans.
On Monday, the stadium hosted a preview of each of the items complete with live interaction with the chefs who created the featured menu items.
Here’s this season’s line up of new additions in concessions:
- Smoked Salmon BLT
- Elote Burger
- Frito Pie Burger
- Rowdy Dog
- Mediterranean Quinoa Salad
- Dessert Nachos
- Texas Burrito
- Sesame Grilled Chicken Salad
New in the premium suites this year:
- Strawberry Shortbread
- Jalapeño Hominy Cheese Dip
- Maine Lobster Brioche Rolls
The preview isn’t just about the food. There are also new pieces of merchandise for the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop that will be on display. We will also hear more about new fan experiences for game day, plus details on the Rally Day 2025 experience on The Field and Miller Lite® House on the West Plaza.
One thing returning to the menu, is produce from the WE/ME farm at Paul Quinn College. When the college shuttered its football program, it launched an urban farm on the field instead in 2010. In 2021, Paul Quinn and WE/ME entered into a partnership with Legends at AT&T Stadium to provide produce. That partnership continues and is growing today.
New menu additions hit the menu with the Cowboys’ home opener against New York Giants on Sunday, Sept. 14.
