Officials say that firefighters had trouble getting to the scene because of traffic problems.
SAN ANTONIO — A crash on the east side is causing major problems for commuters Monday morning.
It happened on I-10 East at Loop 1604 around 6 a.m.
The crash has traffic backed up for quite a ways and caused problems for first responders trying to make their way to the scene. The back up extends all the way from FM 1518 into town as a large wrecker works to remove a big rig that flipped across the main lanes.
Delays are expected so avoid the area if possible.
