Crews working to put out huge house fire in Lytle

Video from the scene showed the home completely engulfed in flames.

LYTLE, Texas — Medina County officials say crews are battling a huge house fire in Lytle, Texas, Tuesday morning.

The fire started around 7:45 a.m. in the 800 block of County Road 6848 in Medina County. Video from the scene showed the home completely engulfed in flames.

There is no word yet on if there are any injuries from the fire.  The Medina County Sheriff’s Office is urging people to avoid the area in a Facebook post.
