Crime Stoppers offering reward for arrest in theft of gaming console during Facebook Marketplace meetup

Police say the victim met at the Lookout at Comanche Apartments off Nacogdoches Road on the northeast side of town.

SAN ANTONIO — Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 dollar reward for information on an aggravated robbery.

It happened Saturday, April 5, during a Facebook Marketplace meet up.

Police say the victim met at the Lookout at Comanche Apartments off Nacogdoches Road on the northeast side of town. 

The victim was trying to sell a gaming console to the suspect. When the victim pulled up to the location he told police the suspect showed him a gun and demanded the console, then took off. 

Crime Stoppers may pay UP TO  $5,000 for information which leads to felony arrests in this crime. To be eligible for a reward, tips must be submitted directly to Crime Stoppers.
