
Police say two suspects stole merchandise from a west side shoe store before one displayed a handgun and both fled on foot.
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help identifying suspects accused of an aggravated robbery at a west side shoe store.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the robbery happened around 2:40 p.m. on January 30, 2026, at the WSS Shoes Store located at 4949 W. Commerce Street.
Investigators say two suspects entered the store and selected several clothing items and pairs of shoes before leaving without paying. When an employee confronted them outside the store, police say the male suspect displayed a handgun. Both suspects then fled the area on foot and have not been identified.
The victim in the case is a 23-year-old man. No injuries were reported.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to a felony arrest in this case. Tips must be submitted directly to Crime Stoppers to remain eligible for a reward.
