De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle get their mural at the popular Southside Spurs mural

Fox and Castle are honored with San Antonio tradition, while Mamu’s mural is coming soon!

SAN ANTONIO — If you want to visit San Antonio Spurs murals, you can drive to any part of the city and likely find one.

However, you can visit one of the city’s largest Spurs murals on the Southside at Rudy’s Seafood.

In case you didn’t know, the popular Southside seafood spot boasts a massive collection of Spurs murals honoring players from the past and present.

You’ll find David Robinson, Manu Ginobili, Keldon Johnson, Devin Vassell, Victor Wembanyama, and Jeremy Sochan, to name a few. Even the Spurs mascot, the Coyote, has a mural.

In keeping up with this San Antonio tradition, the mural has new additions: De’Aaron Fox and Stephon Castle.

This will be the team’s newest members’ first mural in San Antonio.

San Antonio artist Nik Soupe (who created all the murals at Rudy’s Seafood) recently added to the murals. The two feature Fox and Castle in their Icon Edition jerseys, splashing their last names around their likeness. The Spurs’ retro Fiesta colors also surround the murals.

Also, fan-favorite Sandro Mamukelashvili is set to get his mural, but it is currently a work in progress.

Many Spurs have had their mural made when they become a Silver and Black member.

Even before he got his jersey number, Chris Paul got his San Antonio mural and is grateful for the fan appreciation.

Several Spurs murals dot the city; however, check out the team shrine downtown if you want something different. It is like a time capsule, with memorabilia from the team’s Hemisfair Arena days to the present.
