SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are investigating after a man was found dead at a north-side hotel Thursday afternoon.
First responders were called to the 6000 block of I-10 and W Vance Jackson Road at a Days Inn hotel around 12:30 p.m.
San Antonio fire officials say that there was an initial report for a man unconscious in the restroom. Upon police arrival, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
