Dolce & Gabbana is adding a location to the San Marcos Premier Outlets this spring, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing. TDLR filings are subject to change without notice.
Construction is expected to begin on April 1 and last roughly three months with an estimated completion date of July 1, according to the filing. The cost will be around $470,000 for the 5,056-square-foot store.
The scope of the work includes “internal demolition, new partitions, new ceilings, new finishes, new pantry, restroom, new signage, new RTUs, new sprinkler, mechanical, FA,” the filing reads. Shoppers will be able to browse women’s bags, kids, women’s, and men’s clothes, according to the Dolce & Gabbana website.
The Dolce & Gabbana will be located at 3939 S. I-35, Unit 1000, San Marcos, TX 78666. MySA reached out to Dolce & Gabbana for comment about the new store headed to San Marcos.
The new designer store isn’t the only store to come to the San Marcos Premier Outlets in 2024. Wayfair Outlet opened in January, according to a MySA report. Guests can find rugs, chairs, furniture, dining room items, and more furnishing items. All the prices at the location are 40 percent lower than normal.
