Officers believe the gunshot wound may have been self-inflicted.
SAN ANTONIO — A major crash on the west side leads to police finding the driver dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
It happened just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday at a home on Adams Hill Drive near Hunt Lane.
When officers arrived at the home, the victim was unresponsive.
EMS pronounced him dead a short time later.
Detectives are still investigating, but tell us the gunshot may have been self-inflicted.
The family inside the home were not hurt.
