Eagle Pass police investigate a mall parking lot shooting as two men, now hospitalized, exchanged gunfire.
EAGLE PASS, Texas — The Eagle Pass Police Department has opened an investigation after two men opened fire in a mall parking lot Friday, according to a press release.
Authorities said the unspecified location was secured following a shooting between two men and there is no threat to the community. The shooters are on their way to the hospital and it is unclear what lead to the altercation.
Police are at the scene collecting evidence. Eagle Pass PD asks the public to avoid the area and allow law enforcement to continue their investigation.
