TYLER, Texas — An East Texas angler reeled in a ShareLunker in Tyler weighing in at over 13 pounds.
Jason James landed Legacy Class Lunker 679 fishing at Lake Tyler on Friday while participating in the Toyota ShareLunker Program. His bass pumped the scales at 13.20 pounds.
Anglers who reel in any largemouth bass weighing 8 pounds or measuring 24 inches can partipate in the Toyota ShareLunker Program by entering their lunker catch information online or using the ShareLunker mobile app.
ShareLunker participants receive a Catch Kit curated according to their fish’s weight class, and are awarded an achievement decal, merchandise and other giveaways. Anyone entered into the program are included in a grand prize drawing for a grand prize of a $5,000 and other prizes. Anglers who donate their bass for spawning are entered in an additional drawing to win a $5,000, VIP access to Toyota ShareLunker Annual Awards and more.
