SAN ANTONIO – The Edgewood Independent School District and the Compadres for Scholarships honored veterans during an annual Memorial Day ceremony on Monday.
The event was held at the EISD Wall of Honor at Veterans Stadium.
The ceremony honored the sacrifice and memory of veterans, especially those from the Edgewood community.
This is the 36th year the Compadres for Scholarships has hosted the event.
