ESPN’s Kendrick Perkins leaves the Spurs ‘Big 3’ off his list of the greatest trios of all time

Duncan, Ginobili, and Parker won four titles together, but that was not good enough for Perkins.

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs own five NBA titles and four of which came from the franchise’s “Big 3” era of Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker.

However, that apparently is not good enough for ESPN’s Kendrick Perkins, who omitted them from his list of the NBA’s all-time trios.

Perkins revealed his best big 3’s, but the Spurs Hall of Fame trio was noticeably left off his list.

It is baffling that the Spurs’ trio is absent from his list.

Together, they won more titles than the players listed and were consistent playoff contenders for the years they were together.

The Spurs’ Big 3 won 575 regular-season games, 50 games each season that they played together, and 60 games in a season five times.

The legendary Spurs trio amassed 135 postseason wins, the most among NBA Big 3s, and all three are in the Basketball Hall of Fame.

None of the trios Perkins listed are near what the Spurs’ Big 3 did.

Perhaps Perkins needs a moment to revise his list and admit he overlooked the Spurs’ Big 3.

What do you have to say, Spurs fans? Are you surprised the Spurs’ iconic trio was ignored? Let us know on X at KENS 5 and JeffGSpursKENS5.
