SPURS FAN MAKES A HALF-COURT SHOT FOR BIG BUCKS
In case you missed it, during a timeout in the Spurs-Hawks game, a fan was given a chance to make a half-court shot for a whopping $10,000.
As his shot attempts fell short one after another, it came down to the final basketball.
With a tremendous heave and some luck, the fan saw the ball sail through the air and find the bottom of the basket.
It also netted him some money just in time for the holiday season.
Check out his big moment in front of cheering fans and players from both benches.
But one Spur could not soak in the excitement because he was too worried about the game at hand at that thrilling moment.
“When the guy hit the $10,000 shot, I couldn’t even react. We were playing like trash,” said Chris Paul.
The Spurs would beat the Hawks in overtime, 133-126.
