BOERNE, Texas — A fatal accident on Highway 46 has caused major closures in the Boerne area, according to the city’s fire department.
Emergency responders were called to the 300 block of Highway 46 W near Enchanted Spring Ranch for a fatal head-on collision around 4 p.m.
Officials said the highway remains closed in both directions and drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes if possible.
Boerne FD did not provide information on what caused the collision or who was involved.
