SAN ANTONIO — A person has died in a crash on San Antonio west side early Monday morning, according to SAFD.
It happened around 6 a.m. on Highway 90 near General McMullen Drive.
Crews are working to investigate the accident and clear the scene. Take Old Highway 90 as an alternate route.
Avoid the area if possible.
