The FBI, as well as Homeland Security Investigations San Antonio, and local, state, and federal law enforcement were all involved.
SAN ANTONIO — A large multi-agency presence was reported just north of downtown early Sunday morning.
KENS 5 was at the location on San Pedro Avenue at Basse Road around 2 a.m. and witnessed bangs and smoke filling the air. Helicopters and drones could be seen flying above the location, as many people were seen being handcuffed.
DPS troopers, SAPD, SAFD, as well as FBI, ICE and DHS were all at the location.

“I can confirm that FBI San Antonio & Homeland Security Investigations San Antonio, along with their local, state, and federal partners are conducting court authorized activity in the vicinity of the intersection of San Pedro Ave. and Basse Rd. in San Antonio, Texas.
