Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash early Sunday on the northeast side where a vehicle was found fully engulfed in flames.
SAN ANTONIO — A dramatic rollover crash on the northeast side of San Antonio sent one person to the hospital early Sunday morning.
It happened around 3:07 a.m. on the access road of NE Loop 410 near Wehman Drive.
When officers arrived, they found a vehicle on its side fully engulfed in flames, according to radio traffic. Police were able to pull one person away from the burning vehicle before EMS transported the patient to the hospital with lights and sirens.
The extent of that person’s injuries and their current condition are not known at this time.
KENS 5 was unable to speak with a San Antonio police sergeant at the scene due to the location of the incident.
San Antonio Police, Fire, and EMS all responded.
