SAN ANTONIO — Grab your boots, your appetite, and maybe some stretchy pants, Fiesta Oyster Bake is back April 17 and 18 at St. Mary’s University, kicking off Fiesta season with two days of music, food, and full-on San Antonio flavor.
Now celebrating more than a century of party-with-a-purpose fun, the Oyster Bake started in 1916 as a small alumni gathering and has grown into a can’t-miss Fiesta tradition that feeds more than 70,000 people and helps fund scholarships for St. Mary’s University students along the way.
And yes… that includes about 100,000 oysters and 32,000 chicken-on-a-sticks in just two days.
🎶 Friday, April 17 lineup includes:
Switchfoot, Drake Milligan, Saliva, David Farias, La Tropa F, David Lewis, Chente Barrera, Dustin De La Garza, Don’t Panic, Ramiro Villarreal, and Network for Young Artists.
🎶 Saturday, April 18 lineup includes:
Candlebox, Pecos & the Rooftops, Tanner Usrey, Dorothy, Jay Perez, La Fiebre, Drowning Pool, Don Louis, Allele, Los Desperadoz, Jordan Gauna, Jenny B, Kill ’Em All, Blue Ashe Juniper, La Ultima y Nos Vamos, Network for Young Artists — plus a Red Bull Batalla exhibition.

The Fiesta Oyster Bake will take place on the campus of St. Mary’s University, One Camino Santa Maria on April 17 and April 18.
Bottom line: it’s music, it’s oysters, it’s Fiesta and it’s all for a good cause.
