One of the men brought along a weapon a fired off multiple shots at the other man, killing him.
SAN ANTONIO — A fight between two women turned deadly after police say both ladies brought backup with them on the northwest side of town.
Police say the two women met to fight at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Tupelo Lane just before 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, near Denman Estate Park. .
Each lady brought a guy with them, but before the women even started fighting, one of the men pulled out a weapon and fired at the other guy at least twice.
The victim was rushed to University Hospital with critical injuries to his stomach and leg, but died a short time later.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
Police say the suspect and woman he was with both took off running, but left their car at the scene.
