
After nearly six hours of fighting flames, crews were able to put out a structure fire west of Uvalde with no injuries reported.
UVALDE, Texas — Firefighters spent hours battling a large blaze west of Uvalde before finally bringing it under control.
According to the Uvalde Fire Department, crews responded to a structure fire along Farm-to-Market Road 1022 and worked for nearly six hours to extinguish it.
Multiple agencies, including U.S. Border Patrol, Uvalde EMS and several nearby volunteer fire departments, assisted in the response.
Officials say no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
