
Investigators are looking into what caused the fire.
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio firefighters battled a motel fire on the southwest side of San Antonio Sunday afternoon.
Emergency responders were called to a structure fire on the 100 block of Rustleaf Drive around 3:30 p.m.
According to SAFD, fire crews arrived to a heavy fire at a motel that had spread to a neighboring structure. The fire was upgraded to a second alarm
Firefighters were able to get both structure fires under control in about 15 minutes and the second alarm team was sent back to the station.
Officials said no injuries were reported and investigators are looking into what caused the fire.
