SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio firefighters responded to a fire in a home on the northwest side of town early Thursday morning.
It happened around 5 a.m. in the 200 block of Newson near Vance Jackson Road.
First responders said there were flames coming out of the building when they first arrived. Officials tell us the house was vacant.
No word on what may have caused the blaze or how much damage was done to the structure. The cause is under investigation.
