Firefighters end blaze at two storage units, officials say

SAN ANTONIO — Two storage units catch fire on the northeast side early Saturday morning, according to fire officials.

The incident took place at the 6000 block of Walzem Road around 2 a.m. Saturday. 

Officials say crews were able to gain access to quickly put out the flames at the storage units.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire and they say no one was inside the units. 

It’s unknown how much damage the storage units sustained.
