Reason: First 100° day since May
For the first time in over a month, temperatures will eclipse 100 degrees in our area.

Our hottest day since mid-May is expected Thursday with highs topping out in the triple digits for many. Heat indices may climb up to around 105 at times. A chance at rain arrives this weekend, but flooding is not expected with this weak disturbance over the Gulf. pic.twitter.com/eDRtjmWXDe
