SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs (18-16) will host the Denver Nuggets (19-14) for the second game of a back-to-back set against Denver. The Spurs are 1-0 versus Denver this season.

The Spurs are coming off a 113-110 road win versus the Nuggets.
Victor Wembanyama led the team with 33 points and 18 rebounds. Harrison Barnes had eight, and Chris Paul had seven and 11 assists.
Devin Vassell recorded 18 and six rebounds, Keldon Johnson had 16 and four rebounds, and Zach Collins finished with four. Stephon Castle had eight. Julian Champagnie added 15.
Jeremy Sochan was out with a back injury, and head coach Gregg Popovich was out due to illness. Assistant coach Mitch Johnson assumed head coaching duties for the game.
“It’s a big win for us. We’ve been fighting all season. We gave some up. We didn’t play some great basketball. We had our ups and downs,” said Keldon Johnson. “Every road win is a big win and the beauty about the NBA, we got to go do it again against the same team tomorrow. We know they are going bring it. We got to come out and do it again.”
