Reason: Threat of possible severe storms, good chance for rain, some flooding
Strong storms are possible Wednesday night, Thursday and Friday AM, there is a risk of flooding and a marginal risk of severe storms.
The National Weather Service reports that a Flood Watch is now in effect from midnight Thursday through 6 a.m. Friday with rainfall totals from 1 to 3 inches and local amounts up to 6 inches within the Watch.
A storm system will move across the area bringing locally heavy rainfall late Wednesday night though early Friday.
