The Bexar County DA said that while out on bond in July 2023 for the 20 initial charges related to child pornography, Mallow was slapped with two additional charges. He was charged with online solicitation of a minor under the age of 14 and another possession with intent to promote child pornography. Officials said those charges are pending.

He was sentenced to six years in prison on each of the 20 counts of possession of child pornography, and then 11 years for the possession with intent to promote charge. Judge Christine Del Prado ruled that Mallow would serve the sentences stacked, meaning they will run one after another, for a total of 131 years.
“Few things in life are as important as the safety of our children. Sexual offenders who prey on our children will be prosecuted aggressively. They have no place in our society,” said Bexar County Criminal District Attorney Joe Gonzales. “This defendant was just convicted and sentenced for some of the most vile and repulsive crimes known to mankind — the possession of pornography of infants. Part of the evidence included many images of babies and other defenseless young children being subjected to unspeakable sexual atrocities. Our thanks to Judge Del Prado for recognizing the severity of these horrific crimes and accumulating the sentences in this case.”
